The Reto del Indio 130k is a race across the Isthmus of Panamá that traverses the land from the Caribbean Ocean, on the North, to the Pacific Ocean, on the South. The course runs South parallel to the Río Indio, starting at Salud, to Anton Valley, then follows the Río Las Guías to Sea Cliff beach on the Pacific. Most of the running will be on dirt and gravel roads, followed by several single tracks, and a couple of tar roads. The vertical gain and loss is 4,115 meters. The race will start on Saturday 6, March 2020 at 10am and runners must reach the finish line by 4pm on Sunday 7, 30 hours later.

The race will have two distances, the Ocean to Ocean will be 130 kilometres and it can be run solo, or in a team of up to three runners, and an 80 kilometres version will start at Tres Hermanas, Capira. Both distances finish at Sea Cliff. Transportation will be provided to both starts.
